Taking a 3 month old dachshund/chihuahua on a plane.? - dachshund carrier

So I take my dog for 3 months with me in California. The Seattle to Ontario, CA. Its about a 2 and a flight an hour and a half. My dog can not bear to be with him, crying constantly, even for 20-30 minutes on the right called. I do not want to hurt my baby. Please, if anyone can help me, nothing will certainly help. Thank you!
