I had two jet-skis in a storage unit that was recently stolen. My guess is that the thief would not be crazy enough to sell boats or trailers that for itself, but to cut and sell the pieces. My question is:

Which parts of the jet-skis have VIN numbers on them?

What tends to happen in the boat when they were stolen, the sale or divided?

Where's a good place to search, craigslist, eBay start, local ports?

There were two Honda 2002, a turbo and DOHC (ARX12N32 and ARX12T32, respectively) in a trailer from a storage unit in stolen Huffman, TX Lake area of Houston. Yes, was submitted to a police report. No, it was not insured.
